We head to Middelburg on the Dutch North Sea coast. We arrive early enough that, in good weather, we have time for a two-hour stroll through the beautiful city of Middelburg. There are chips (frites) to enjoy as well.
The concert at the theatre is sold out. Wonderful! We play our two sets and are back at the hotel just after 11 pm. Tomorrow faces a long drive home – we expect around 7 hours. Then our paths diverge again towards Bremerhaven, Hamburg and Freiburg. We won’t see each other again for a full month, when we return to our regular Harmonie Bonn for concerts no. 1009 and 1010.
